How to Activate Your VIP Membership
Follow the steps below to activate your InAndOn VIP membership and enjoy full access to the cloud song library, high-speed song downloads and continuously updated music content.
After your VIP activation code purchase has been successfully paid, you will receive an email containing a 12-digit activation code and a 6-digit password. Please keep this email available before starting the activation process.
Open the VIP Menu
On the home screen of your karaoke machine, tap Open VIP at the top of the screen.
The VIP information window will appear. Then tap Renewal VIP to continue.
Scan the QR Code
After selecting Renewal VIP , a new screen containing a QR code will appear.
Use your smartphone camera to scan the QR code . Your phone will then open the VIP membership page.
Open “VIP Activation”
After scanning the QR code, the VIP page will open on your phone.
At the top of the page, select VIP Activation .
You will then see two fields for your activation information.
Enter the Activation Code
Enter the 12-digit activation code that was sent to your email into the Number field.
Enter the Password
Enter the 6-digit password from the same email into the Password field.
Tap “Activate”
Check that the activation code and password are correct, then tap Activate to complete your VIP membership activation.
Activation Complete
Once activation is successful and your karaoke machine has a normal internet connection, a song library update message will usually appear automatically.
Please wait for the song library update to finish. Once the update is complete, you can start enjoying your VIP song library.
How to Check Your VIP Expiration Date
After activation, return to the karaoke machine home screen and tap “VIP Info” at the top of the screen. Your latest VIP membership expiration date will be displayed there.
