Can I sing songs from YouTube?
Yes! All InAndOn machines have a built-in YouTube app. You can search for any karaoke track on YouTube and sing along directly. This feature is free forever.
Do I need external speakers?
It depends on the model.
• InAndOn M6 and X5: All-in-One system with built-in speakers. No extra gear needed.
• KV-HT215 / KV-V5 MAX / KD9MAX: These are professional source players. You need to connect them to your own Amplifier & Speakers or an Active Soundbar via HDMI/RCA/Optical.

How long does shipping take?
We offer Free Express Shipping worldwide.
• USA / Canada / UK / AU / New Zealand: 7 – 12 business days.
• Singapore / Malaysia: 5 – 10 business days.
• Hong Kong: 1 – 3 business days.
Do I need to pay customs tax?
No hidden fees! We ship via DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms. We cover all import taxes, customs duties, and VAT for our customers. The price you pay at checkout is the final price.

Is the cloud service free?
The first year is completely FREE. After the trial, you can choose to renew to keep accessing the cloud download feature:

Note: Built-in YouTube is always free.
How do I activate my VIP?
After payment, check your email for the Activate Number & Password. Scan the QR code on your karaoke machine screen. Tap "VIP Activation" → Enter the number & password to activate!
