  • Australia / New Zealand: 8–18 business days

  • Middle East: 10–20 business days

  • Latin America / Africa: 15–30 business days

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.


Order Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and tracking link.
Tracking information may take 1–3 days to update.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

Import taxes, customs duties, or VAT/GST are not included in our product prices.
Buyers are responsible for any fees charged by the destination country.


Address Issues

We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by:

  • Unclaimed or refused packages

Returned packages can be resent (additional shipping fee may apply).
